Do you guarantee I get my deposit back?
No, and be careful with anyone who does. Your deposit also depends on damage, wear, unpaid rent, and your landlord's judgment. What we control is the cleaning standard and the evidence: the property is cleaned to the checklist and you get timestamped photos proving its condition on the day you handed over the keys.
What if my landlord sent a specific checklist?
Send it when you book. It becomes the working plan for the crew rather than a generic clean, and the photo pack is organized to match the order of its line items so it is easy to submit.
How far ahead should I book?
Five to seven days before handover is comfortable. If your date moved up, add Same-Week Rush Scheduling and we will hold a crew inside the next seven days.
Do I need to be there?
No. Most people book the clean for the day after the movers leave and never attend. We coordinate access with you or your building and send the photo pack when the work is signed off.
What if the property is bigger than what I booked?
We confirm the scope with you before the crew is dispatched. If the property is larger or in worse condition than described, you get a revised quote to approve first. Nothing is added to your bill without your say-so.
